By accessing or using Broop (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Broop is a gaming matchmaking platform that connects players based on shared games, platforms, and schedule availability. The Service is provided “as is” and we make no guarantees about match quality or availability.
3. User Accounts
You must authenticate via Discord to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Discord account. You must be at least 13 years old to use this Service.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: (a) harass, abuse, or harm other users; (b) share inappropriate, illegal, or harmful content; (c) spam or scam other users; (d) impersonate other individuals or entities; (e) use the Service for any purpose that violates applicable laws.
5. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Broop and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Game metadata is sourced from IGDB (Twitch) and is subject to their terms.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users.
7. Limitation of Liability
Broop is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free service.
8. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
